Looking Back on 2017
This year was full of highs and I learned a lot.
I’m glad you’ve been along for the journey, whether that means becoming a published author, finally putting your pen to paper or stepping into your greatness in some other meaningful way.
Before the year comes to a close, I wanted to reflect back on some of my favorite posts from the year and the lessons we can still take action on, now and in the future:
DON’T TREAT FRIDAY LIKE A THROWAWAY WORKDAY
Fridays are pivotal in the overall completion of your week and success for next week. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to take full advantage of your Friday; be intentional and proactive.
If you’re having trouble identifying your top three to-dos, ask yourself: What must get done before the end of the week AND what will set me up for success next week?
PRODUCTIVITY IS ALL ABOUT CHOICES
It’s not about how good you are or how effective your strategies. It’s about the choices you make to achieve your goals and stay on track.
We’re all guilty of making choices, which ultimately do not serve our greater purpose, and we’re typically unaware of the consequences we create.
YEAR ROUND GRATITUDE — EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE IT
Share your gratitude with others. Let them know you’re grateful for them and what they bring to your life — your spouse for their endless support and love, your kids for their trust and enthusiasm, the list goes on and on.
Another idea is to look around your home and notice the abundance of comfort and ease. Show your home some love, too.
The “Prince”-iples of success are Passion, Purpose, Priorities, Performance, Platform, Prosperity and Peace.
